Professional Services

Business Research – NSBC utilizes our technical expertise and knowledge to collect, analyze, and report pertinent industry data and information. We employ a variety of data collection methods including phone interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, surveys, internet searches, literature reviews, and many others. We compile and analyze findings then we create case studies, tables, graphs, multimedia slide presentations, and written reports to convey key findings and recommendations.

Strategic Communications – We examine market conditions to determine the information needs of target audiences within a company, industry, or community. NSBC then conceptualizes, develops, designs, and supervises the production of instruction manuals, magazine articles, videos, blogs, and an array of other communications tactics including digital media, press outreach, branding, and messaging to share information about the opportunities and challenges of seafood sustainability.

Stakeholder Engagement – Whether it is a face to face with a potential customer, a small meeting for 25 of a corporation’s board members, or a tradeshow for 500 attendees; NSBC can create long-term value from customers, relationships, and markets. We make phone calls, send emails, schedule meetings, create educational programs, develop and distribute marketing materials, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, book room blocks, hire caterers and choose menus, set up tradeshow floors, work with audiovisual teams, hire entertainment, scheduled transportation and much more.
